Meet the Team
LaShaunda Daniel
Co-Founder, CEO
LaShaunda M. Daniel is a Child Welfare Professional and advocate. A native of Columbus, GA, LaShaunda embarked upon her career after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree for Georgia Southern University in Child and Family Development.
For over 20 years, her professional experience has been in both the public and private sector; specializing in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, professional development, coaching, and workforce evaluation, training, strategic development and implementation; all geared towards upgrading, improving streamlining child welfare and social services on the local and state level.
LaShaunda has been responsible for developing several initiatives in the Office of Provider Management (OPM) and has also created/developed programs and initiatives to support Child Placing Agencies (CPA) providers.
LaShaunda continues to fine tune her industry knowledge by earning certifications; DFCS Certification in Supervision of Foster Care, Adoptions, and Resource Development; Certified Pre-service training for perspective foster care givers (IMPACT) Train the Trainer; Structured Analysis Family Evaluation (S.A.F.E.) Model Supervisor; and (N.T.D.C.) Train the Trainer.
Stephanie Kimbrough
Co-Founder, CFO
Stephanie is a native of Atlanta and has worked passionately in the field of social services for over 20 years. She has a Master’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration, as well as multiple state certifications to include IMPACT and SAFE.
She has held varying positions within the fields of social services, specifically in behavioral health and child welfare. She began her career in case management at Safe Horizon providing education, intervention, and prevention to families impacted by domestic violence. She became director of programs at Clayton Center Child and Adolescent Services. Stephanie provided support, technical assistance, and training to child placing agencies.
She has served on various state work groups for the development of child welfare policies and standards regarding foster care. Her areas of expertise are agency and operational structuring, compliance review, training, policy development, and assessments.
